Just one detail

puts on flame suit
I think people seem to forget that Halo is NOT COD. It never will be, and each game will deviate from each other in many core aspects of game-play. Who cares about cod if you are a true Halo fan? Let cod be cod and Halo be Halo. As soon as someone can create a formula original enough and make all the customization’s, maps, guns, attitude, all game-play aspects of a game without being similar to a single other game, then I will gladly take back anything I said. So what Halo has sprint? IT MAKES SENSE! They are freaking super-soldiers. With everyone with it, the playing field is still level. Each person has their own unique choice of AA (should they even be heavily implemented), and this is very similar to Halo 3. What?!?!?! Did he just say that?!?!? Yes I did. Any skilled Halo 3 gamer knew how to time the equipment pickups. We all knew it happened relatively fast too. Its almost more “balanced” (as the community that complains would call it) to let everyone have their own AA. Sure I don’t like jet-pack and many others for certain reasons, but I don’t go around saying it breaks the game. It adds a new level to the game, and it might even take more skill to hold ground control. GASP. Skill level??? What??? Yes I don’t like bloom, but luckily we don’t have that so it doesn’t matter.

Ok, Halo has points. Most people thought the armory was a cool idea before Reach. I find it menial, but it still is a neat addition. Who cares if you need points to get them? Does it really matter that much? No. Halo has to evolve to not die. You keep the same game for over ten years, and you’ll have nobody left to actually make a profit in the end. Actually, look at the population starting Halo 1 to now. The population will have an overall drop as time goes on. More games come out, and each game has its great aspects. It doesn’t matter if games have similar aspects The core play of a game will be there. The feel is still very much halo. I don’t think 343i would go that far away from their true Halo fan-base. We have not even seen the full content of the game. Let it be. Trust in 343i. They are the ones with the COLLEGE DEGREES that many of this community does not have. They specialize in what they do, and they are going to make it fun. Ok, every game is allowed that bad seed. We had one. Oh well. let it go. Lets try to be positive about our Halo 4, because part of a great game is a great community, and this community is terrible a lot. Can we not just trust in something we really don’t even have any idea about? Its quite refeshing to actually just talk and discuss the positives about a game with someone every now and then. Granted complaints do have a time and place, but I seriously doubt 343i is going to make drastic changes at this point in development.

I didn’t read any of this, but the ratio of people complaining to people complaining about complaining is about 1:20.

Please stop posting these topics.

  1. You’re using logic. Irrational people won’t accept that.

But yes, if anyone has read the books it only makes sense for the Spartans to be fast.

China called- I guess nobody wants to hear an over-used joke.

Please use more then 1 paragraph. The thread just doesn’t look -Yoink!- enough to read.

About 100 people post a topic like this everyday. i didn’t even read it. stop making posts like this.

Ok for you I’ll sum it up. Halo is not cod, trust in something you don’t even truly know about, and the aspects of the Spartans make sense canon wise. The community should at least try to be positive to make the community a place people actually want to be.

Okay, I understand your point, but that’s still not really helping. Complainers will complain; they’re stingy and unwilling to accept change. It’ll ALWAYS be that way and has been since Halo 2 was announced.

Complaining about people complaining means you are a complainer and a part of the problem.
It’s getting harder and harder to remain courteous when people keep posting these threads. You’re dragging me down with you.
