Nobody seems to have a problem with it. Get xp from games and more from challenges, carry your points, and pick whatever unlockable you wish in the pass bar to advance to the next stage.
Nobody seemed to have a problem with it in MCC, just do that?

I was just coming to say something similar. As far as menu navigation and progression system, MCC is fantastic. Infinite still very much feels like a rough draft.
I’ll be happy with just getting XP from the games. MCC’s system is far and away the best progression. Plus, mimicking the MCC system could make it easier to fulfill that promise of unlocking past season battle pass content.
THIS give this man a Medal but srsly you are right atm i play 2 matches see no progression and loose the fun on this game… i play halo since 2004 and this is just frustating to see how your fave game didnt make u any fun at all… pls Devs keep your word or i didnt see any bright future for infinite
