So last night I opened up a Gold Pack after I had finished a game, after a long time opening, it gives me some text which is something on the lines of “Sorry we’re unable to open your pack at this time, you can try opening it again in the Open Packs menu” so assuming that was the problem, I go to the Open Packs menu and see the Gold Pack there and press A to open it, only to have more text pop-up on-screen this time saying “We’re unable to open this pack because you have already opened it.” which I certainly did not! I checked my REQ collection and got nothing new at all, no single use cards, no permanent REQs or boost cards. 10,000 may be considered a little amount by some, but the amour of REQ points lost is hardly relevant, my point is I’ve bought a pack with my REQ points and the pack simply said I had already opened it, which I did not! If anyone else has had this problem before let me know by posting here in an attempt to get this topic noticed, this is the second time I have come across a big problem with the REQ system and my post on that got little to no attention at all. The topic was “Unobtainable Requestions” if you wish to see that.
Check your collection, the unlocks should be in there. If you’re not sure, look at the most recent items in the customization tab, it should give you an idea of what you got last.
Try again at a later date its happened to me and I just leave it for a day and then opened it the next day I think its just the shops bugged out and not allowing people to open there packs when they buy it.
Happend to me also, after about a day I was playing and didn’t think anything of it, went to open a different gold pack and there were two. It opened for me that time.
This has happened to me as well
the items may not appear instantly, but you still have unlocked them.

I’ve just checked and nothing new, I have a spreadsheet that I update whenever I get a permanent REQ.

I would try opening the back at a later date but the pack has literally vanished.

Dude, its been one day, give it some more time
This has happened to me I had to restart the game and then the new reqs were found in my collection.
Yeah they usually show up even though you never physically opened a pack.

See I did the same (Checking the Spreadsheet) and according to my calculations (I double checked) I have only just got 1 Permanent REQ which seems to a piece of armour, still waiting on the second one to pop up like everyone is saying.
Went to buy a silver pack once only for my points to dissappear as I clicked on it. As soon as I clicked it said not enough points. What? ! I had 8000 now I have 1000 without even being able to get anything? ! I haven’t had that issue since but thankfully it wasn’t when I saved points!
This hasn’t happened to me yet, but I’ve seen it happen to other people.

well personally I’ve never had that problem but I constantly get a retrieving data screen all the time so I reset the game and it usually fixes the problem try doing that every time you decide to play halo
