I want to play ranked mode, I also want to level the battle pass and unlock weekly challenges. If 343 is going to hide come advancement behind winning certain matches ( I currently need 3 total control wins) they need to make playlist selections. I have played 5-6 hours over the last few days and have yet to be placed in one. It’s feels purposeful to get me to use/buy my challenge swaps. Again, I just would like to be able to play ranked and level up by kills and wins. Like every other game ever, that system has not failed or grown old so way try and mess it up?

That’s brutal, how many games you played? Total Control feels like it’s lower weighting for me anyway. Obviously it’s hard to tell without more data but it is the mode that comes up the least from my experience.
I’d say I play CTF the most, then Stockpile, them Slayer, then Control although that could just be us thinking that when realistically they could all have a 25% split and you’re just mad unlucky.
Not sure how many games but it’s been hours. It seems to me that when I need CTF wins/matches I get less of those, play/win 3 total control… don’t get any. They don’t want the game to be a grind yet it’s a grind just to get into the right match.

HA! I get nothing but Slayer games, I haven’t been in but one and only one Stockpile game and I’ve been sitting in at least 500 or more BTB battles mostly Slayer and about 5 territory 2 ctf and just the 1 and only Stockpile match and that was a week ago and it’s been Slayer and nothing else since. Good thing I already finished all my challenges this week, I really don’t think I’m gonna work hard at all on getting the next set done because it’s a big waste of my time and energy to do them just so they can keep me in a single play mode, I want some friggin varriety, gonna save my xp boosts and swaps when I get them too and just sit and wait till they get everything fixed and release it.
The more you need the less you get in this game, I don’t like nothing but Slayer games!!!
