Impossible to get 15k a game. The most you can get is 6500ish for multiplayer spartan ops

Even though “Dedication to Crimson”, “No Easy Way Out” and “What Power Outage” requires Episode 4/5 of Spartan Ops to be released. Which they aren’t.

Yes now but you will also be the one with the most amount of kills in Spartan Ops.

He obviously had the game before release and was able to play those episodes because they were available at a certain time and date. The ‘FFA Throwback’ playlist was up for only a several hours earlier this week then was replaced by Team Snipers. I suspect something like that happened to spartan ops before the release date.
