Just woke up and seen i got the infinite beta key for this weekend 8 hours ago. I tried to redeem it into steam and its already activated to a different steam account because its a duplicate key? I haven’t been able to play any of the tests once because of the same issue i have. None of the keys i get work for me so i always miss out. anyone have ideas?

I’m having the same issue. I submitted a support ticket on https://insidersupport.halowaypoint.com/ but they responded by saying they are unable to troubleshoot issues with Steam and they are unable to create or modify flight invitations so I’m not sure what to do.
Was super excited Monday to severely disappointed today…
Update: I received a new Key yesterday afternoon that worked. I guess patience but still, the lack of support was frustrating, especially Sierras auto generated message.

I put in a support ticket, but now its gone and deleted like I never submitted it…

I think its an automated message because they have so many people asking for keys because they didnt get invited. for me it say this at the end
“If the provided information does not resolve the issue, please let us know and we will log the issue with our development team so it can be investigated at a later date.”
so I just replied to it in the hopes of getting an actual person on the other end to see it
Yeah they don’t care about people who don’t get in perfectly. They say they’ll fix it or they say “good luck next time” to many issues. But I suspect nothing will be fixed.

give them time, they have hundreds of issues to sort through and fix, and this one might even involve communication with valve or something. we just don’t know what’s happening behind the scenes so be patient. I know everyone keeps saying this, but this is what tech previews and betas are for
