Just dropped from level 29 to level 1 and I don’t cheat.
It happened after a few matchmaking sessions kept cancelling and searching all over again. Then Level 1. I don’t really play for rank but it is troubling that this happened.
Also, whenever I get a major update I have to reinstall most of my DLCs.
and NO I don’t cheat, before someone insinuates that. I had also just started the Awakening the Nightmare campaign and left it to play MP.
Restart your game. If that doesn’t work, hard reset your XBone (hold the power button for a few seconds).
This happens from time to time. Nothing to worry about.
It sounds like lag, I have had that happen to be before and it will come back after awhile.
Ok so my service record shows level 29 so you are probably right. I cleared cache and issues persists. oh well, at least the game works, usually.
I love being level 1 when it does that. It’s funny.

Did you come to the forums before trying turning everything off and on?
Because ya know, it’s 90% of the time a off and on fix for tech issues.
Always best to try a quick restart of the game / console and see if that helps, then check the support forums to see if there are any recent threads for the same issues you are experiencing.
