So I already had the warzone req bundle since the game came out and it poped up in the store and i thought it would give me more premium req packs but ive started reading online and apparently you can only have one per account so I was wondering if there was something I can do to get my money back. thanks for taking the time to read this.
Unfortunately you won’t get the packs. There was a notice for people who tried to purchase a second bundle before January 25, 2016 that they would get the code honored, but after that, attempts to redeem more than one code would not go through: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/games/halo-5-guardians/warzone-req-bundle.
Now, if you are seeking a refund, you’ll need to do it using whatever vendor you tried to buy it. Did you try to buy it from the Xbox Store? If so, I’m surprised it would actually let the purchase go through (I myself cannot purchase another Bundle from Xbox Store because I already bought one, and just says “Already Purchased” instead of letting me buy again). For a refund from the Xbox Store, you’ll need to contact Xbox Customer Support. If bought the Bundle code from somewhere else, like Gamestop, then you’ll need to ask that retailer for a refund.
