Well, I had a lot of fun the first time back in July beating the game on LASO, but was devastated that after the Harbinger fight I did not receive the achievement. This time around, I still had a feeling I wouldn’t get it, and well, I did not get it. I have beaten all of the LASO campaigns now but unfortunately this one just won’t pop. Any suggestions from people who have gotten the achievement? I did no skips, no guides, just powered through it like normal. Do I need to 100% the game via FOBs and other Valor-activities? What do I need to do because I want to 100% this game bad as I have 100%'d Halo 5, Halo MCC, Halo CEA, and Halo Spartan Strike.

Just submitted a ticket, hopefully enough people have so we can get this fixed. I love HALO and HALO achievements but never has this happened on any other HALO.

Worked like a charm. Be mindful that this was several months ago. He has some insane skips, not sure about the total time but it’s around 2-3 hours.
However: On one instance, the game decided not to load all skulls after a quick load upon death. I’ve noticed that because all of a sudden, my HUD was back. Maybe that’s the culprit?
No, not the culprit, I was in the game the whole time, never clicked ‘Continue,’ I’ve heard of that issue before, kind of.
He also has a section on where he talks about, what you need to do to get the headmaster to pop after skipping all that content.
Maybe give it a listen and see if something applies to you. The guide is very good. I can’t remember when he talks about the headmaster issue though, maybe the first or last video.

Achievement has been bugged since the start of season 2. IDK when they will look into fixing it, but it’s probably not a priority atm.

When you complete an achievement and it doesn’t unlock, you’ll eventually get it when you start up the game. I remember completing achievements in MCC when it came out. But like a third didn’t go through. Then 1 day months later I load up the game and get a bunch of achievements.
I got 100% achievements, the way i did it was first i completed the campaign in legendary and got all the achievements except laso and my battle tested achievement, it was bugged even though i completed the season pass1. So i went and completed laso same guide as yours and then when season 2 pass was released i grinded that to unlock battle tested cheevo and i got 100% of the achievement. You can try and play in offline mode and do something little in the laso game save open world and then go online mode, maybe resync will work. Goodluck.

I’ve had this exact issue before to. I 1st completed LASO on my PC, Windows store version. No achievement popped up.
Now I’m currently doing it on my OG Xbox One, because I want the achievement to pop up and have noticed achievement issues in general with PC’s on Halo before.
Something I’ve noticed is that no matter what, my LASO achievement progress hasn’t passed 22% despite getting farther in the game past the 1st 3 missions. It doesn’t seem to want to progress at all, and I have no idea what’s causing it to behave like that.
