When you buy things you still have to abide by rules. It’s part of the XBL code of conduct. And its not just video games. Go to a sporting event and read the fine print , there are rules of conduct to attend the game and if you break them you can be booted with no refund. Be part of civilized society why don’t you.
Youre playing on THEIR servers, you dont own the rights to play however you want on something that is legally theirs
Totally agree, i played 15+ games in a row yesterday, got disconnected for one -Yoinking!- game and banned for 40+ minutes.
Last week, got banned for 24 hours, i believe this game is in the shambles now, 343 has ruined it for good.
Other people bought the game and they don’t want thier teammates leaving, thats why we need more social playlist so all the quitters can play there.

Actually you do NOT own the game. You simply bought a lease to use their software and you have to abide by the rules. So stop quitting and you wont have this problem anymore.
It is actually not your property at all. When you buy a game, you pay for a license AKA permission to use it. The terms of use are something you agree to when you download the game/open the case.
Blurays ALSO have terms of use. For instance, you can’t legally copy the movie and share it with others.

Id say its far more nasty and rude to quit games and then to make a thread complaining about it, forgive me for getting tired of seeing people complain that they cant screw people over

So you abandon your teammate because you’re loosing?
That’s kind of low.
Makes me laugh people defending 343s ban hammer… as what about when you get into a game and its just pure lag or the connection (ping) is ridiculous.
Is it not harsh that the servers for us in the EU are a joke most of the time?
Is it not harsh that 343 have released a half a game, as Halo has always had social playlists for this reason. Also where is all the content?
I think its harsh that 343 have screwed us by releasing the game as it was and adding content like they are doing the fans a service, yet prev Halo’s have never done this at all.
Its clear 343 have lost respect from alot of gamers, thats why the game didnt do as good.
Whats really harsh is no one asked why he quit and that people are accpeting 343’s poor attitude towards its user base.
