Now, I know that everybody wants Chief’s face to remain a secret, but what about just and eye? I just had an idea where chief has a bust-up with a VERY high-ranking enemy, (four meter tall forerunner warrior or the Precursor). He gets smashed in the face, his shields explode out of existence, and his visor cracks. The crack runs up the side of his face where it widens over one of his eyes. Here, you see it. A pale green eye, that looks at the enemy, before glaring at his attacker and beating it to death. I thought that it was just a little cool thing I’d like to see, as I don’t want to see his face either.
Then, he is seen walking away, the camera doesn’t move and he throws his helmet on the ground in front of the screen and he walks away without seeing his face. He will then procure a new helmet either by UNSC forces that found him, or from a forerunner or something, I don’t know.
I don’t know. On one hand I’m yay, on the other I’m nay… The action sequence does sound cool… I guess I wouldn’t mind it seeing as we already know his eye colour, but I’m not gonna beg for it.
yes, but that’s a comic book, and he is a child. AND it’s a drawing. If we saw his face or just the eye in a game with top of the range graphics, people would have way more of a reaction. I would be like “Wow! OMG! Did you see that! It’s Chief’s eye!” (I’m simple)
They need to just reveal his face already. We know where he was born, we know his facial features and we know his personality. He isn’t mysterious enough anymore to keep is face hidden.
