I know that this has probably been stated before, unfortunately, I’m not as “on-top” as i used to be with the wonderful Halo Universe.

Question: Are we able to fully customize our armor or is it going to be a skin-based armor type like the elites from Reach?

They’ve said it’s more customizable than reach, so yes, very customizable, more than just the skins.
