Everybody in Noble team died. Except for Jun. I think 343 should make a game about what happened to Jun after the events on reach. Weknow very little about what happened, except he convinced Buck to join the SPARTAN-IV Program. Any ideas? Comment below.
Actually, it’s been confirmed that Jun became a recruiter of the SPARTAN IV project. He helped pick the first candidates for the program, one of them being Sarah Palmer. And while he was giving them a tour of Infinity, he and the spartan recruits held off an insurrectionist attack.
It’s in a comic.

Im not sure Fistful of Arrows is completely canon.

None of it is canon, actually. There have been a handful references to it by 343, but it has not been made canon.
I just want a canon explanation for how Jun got off of Reach. We know more or less everything else afterwards.

No! Unless this story involves Jun dying horribly, then I approve. Why was it that he gets to be special and life when everyone else dies?
No
