Does anybody know when the June leaders will be releasing for Halo Wars 2?

I wish 343 would stop being lazy and give us a release date. Every developer announces the release dates for their DLC updates. Why can’t 343 do the same?
Do we know who they are? Someone from the dev team said there should be 2 this month if I remember correctly.

I agree the communication is extremely poor. I have never seen a development timeline that is open-ended. There is typically a target date you work towards. What kind of project management methodology are they using?

They did say all of that though. They said it’s in Cert and that it will hopefully be here this week. They said it’s likely going to be tomorrow. They gave us a preview of the upcoming patch.

I guess the only thing I’d prefer is for them to release the full, detailed patch notes. We got some vague ones but ultimately that stuff can go in any direction.

I know Respawn are doing the same thing with Titanfall 2 and it’s working great for them. But they also didn’t previously have any deadlines.

In all fairness I’d imagine more developers are open-ended about their timelines they just don’t tell us about it and put the release date at a time when they KNOW it will be done. Leaving weeks, perhaps months, of downtime between when the DLC is finished and when it launches.
343 seem to just be telling us about what’s happening and going on a “release ASAP” schedule. I can respect that. Sure, they missed their 3rd Wednesday of the month timeline and changed it.

That’s not a preview lol that’s like 5 things. Looking at shields doesn’t really give me any details what so ever. That was like here’s a quick overview with no specifics.

Don’t get me wrong, I’d love the patch notes since I’d like to actually see what’s fixed (especially for the Sgts).
