I think it would be pretty tough to bring Jun back tbh. They’ve already got their hands full with Osiris and Blue Team and we still need their stories in the game for the players that don’t read the books. I would like a Jun comeback but I doubt it will be in H6.
Considering the fact that the UNSC + Swords of Sanghelios are currently in a really tight situation, they’re gonna need all the help they can get. I wouldn’t be surprised if the entire Spartan population (Jun included, alongside any remaining Spartan-IIIs) were deployed to combat the Created and the Guardians.
They’re already failing at making the amount of current spartan characters meaningful so I say let them really dig into Osiris and Blue Team, then they can think about adding more characters to the story.
June would be a great addition in halo six maybe he will perform the last noble sacrifice in honor of noble team to save multiple human colonies across the galaxy from cortana’s rule

Exactly this. The characters now need more to them. Adding more characters then messing up with them won’t help.

Then again, imagine how awesome it would be to see Jun throw on the Vigilant set (which is basically his old suit) complete with his original color scheme. Then Linda would have some much needed competition with the best(?) Spartan-III sniper who has ever lived.

It would be cool to see a cameo appearance of him in the Infinity or something. I know he doesn’t quite do field work anymore.
