June 2016 season pack error

I received the June 2016 seasons pack and when I try to opened it give me a error and said that try again later and when I try again said that I already opened but I didn’t get the emblem and anything else, so I would like to received the package and everything that it comes with it

I believe you mean the May 2016 REQ pack. And have you browsed your emblem collection to verify that the May 2016 emblem has not been awarded to you? Have you tried viewing the REQ pack on Waypoint to see if it is openable there?

This is a glitch restart the game and you will see the emblem among your legendaries in your req collection.

Yes many players think they get the June pack on the first day of June but they get it after they got a placement in one playlist in the month so they will get it on July :smiley:

Yes I verify and is not there and the REQ doesn’t appear any more

I never got the June 2016 Season Pack.

The June Season is still in effect. The June Season REQ pack won’t be awarded until the end of the season, which will probably be Monday.

I had an idea the the June pack would be coming out this Monday.
