Jun??

As most of you know Jun was the only one in Reach not to die on the noble team. I was reading on the forums somebody talking about stealth halo and it reminded me of Jun’s sniper mission.

Basically what im saying here is its been a few years now did anybody ever figure out what ever happened to him?!

Someone already asked this question. In one of the books, he is recruiting Spartan IV’s for ONI. Jun-A266 | Halo Alpha | Fandom

EDIT: I spent 1 minute searching and found this

> He and Doctor Halsey left on the Pelican at the end of the ninth mission (encluding the opeing intro mission) The Package. He did not die because he helped pick candidits of the Spartan IV program, it shows this in the halo comic book: Initiation. You can look up more detailed information on the Halo Wiki, Youtube or right here on Halo waypoint  However, I hope I helped answer some of your questions.

ya Jun escapes after escorting Halsey to castle base and ends up training some of the first Spartan IVs including Sarah Palmer and Davis I believe.

How can you be a big fan and NOT have gotten into the books? The original book The Fall of Reach was published in October 2001 prior to the release of Halo: Combat Evolved. Microsoft and Bungie had always intended for the novels to be as much of a part of the universe as the games, not just an expanded universe. They could only put so much into the plots of the games so if you wanted a back story of the game, you had to read the novels as well. Everything that is released with the Halo name into the franchise is checked to be sure it falls under the cannon of the Halo Universe. That is to say, it all goes together and not as an expanded universe. Microsoft continues to release novels to ADD to the story of Halo, not just to expand the universe.
On a side note, MS did the same with the Gears of War franchise, but they have not released the amount of stories as Halo or been in as many mediums.

Jun just left…
