July Loot Crate (Noble 6 Theme)

I understand your frustration entirely. Your dissatisfaction is justified. I’ve stopped checking on the delivery date and I suggest you do as well. We can be pleasantly surprised when a package arrives, or we can be made whole again by a credit to whatever payment method we used originally. One or the other will happen. They will be in even more serious trouble if neither does.

I got a dispatch email on October 7th with a tracking number but it still hasn’t arrived and the tracking number doesn’t work. Logged into my account to check it and not only is there no record of it being sent but the subscription has been cancelled and transferred to a different crate. There is no mention of the Halo crates anymore on the website so it looks like they aren’t doing them anymore. I have not received any contact from them about it s o anyone still subscribing or waiting for a crate may want to check their accounts.

I got my email on October 23rd saying noble crate was shipping. Though at this point they should say November. I just wanna finish the series. Was fun up until the end.

I never received an email saying my order was shipped but if I go to my LootCrate account, it does say it was shipped. You can grab the tracking info off the site. Mine is scheduled to arrive on 11/14/19, Let’s pray nothing happens to it and I actually receive it. Lol

Now I just have to go through major hassle, because my Legendary subscription renewed on July 15th just before they canned the whole thing. I never got the email about the switch to the “Equip Crate” & they said they can’t do refunds for charges prior to the bankruptcy filing. They told me to go dispute with my CC company or file a claim against the bankruptcy proceedings.

What I get for not watching my account like a hawk I guess. I’ve cancelled everything I had open with them because of all this mess. Hopefully they actually get me the last two Sanrio crates for my daughter. Those are so far behind that I only got two of the four for the year & the renewal charge for that sub was about to hit for the next year of them in less than a week.

I emailed them and they got back to me today. The Noble crate is the last of the Halo crates while they decide how to go forward with the release of the next Halo game. The subs have been transferred to a general gaming crate that is on the same schedule as the Halo crate. Would have been nice to have been notified of the change or given some options as to which one to choose.

That’s such bs… Lol. Sorry to hear about that. I got the email about the Equip Crate and I was like wtf. To me it seemed shady that they’d auto renew my account for a subscription that was different than the one I originally signed up for. Seems borderline unethical. I canceled it immediately and I kind of wanted to snap at them but it wasn’t the rep’s fault that was helping me.

Well thats strange, i emailed them a couple of days ago for an update for this crate and they said the noble crate is expected to ship early december, looks like their support team has no Idea whats going on with their shipments, or they are doing their usual blow you off and hope you don’t follow up on it, as I still havent received the renegade crate from months back, contacted them about it should arrive in a few weeks and that was over 6 months ago. Looks like I got scammed by loot crate again, what’s new.

It’s super unfortunate. I think they’re on their way out. Unless this buyout can turn it around. Which sucks cause I love the idea of Halo Crates.

I disputed the charge with Bank of America and was given a credit. Let your CC company deal with the vendor.

Yeah, I’m gonna tell my CC company that a LootCrate rep told me to have them reverse/dispute the charge & see what they do.

I’m at glad to announce that my crate arrived yesterday. All I can say is patience paid off! The loot is pretty cool.
