I received the purchase confirmation email on June 10, and it said deliveries could be expected between July 1 and July 10, and I could expect a tracking email. Not only am I missing the actual crate, but I haven’t gotten the tracking email. Furthermore, I haven’t gotten the forum badge for subscribing to the Legendary Crate. I think it goes without saying I’m currently not a satisfied customer, but I’m willing to be convinced otherwise.
Does anyone have any advice on how to handle this situation?
I’d get in contact with Loot Crate to see what happened to your order. If they have the details they’ll probably be able to tell when it shipped or if there have been any delays. It could be down to delays and an email issue, it could be something else entirely.
Yeah as mentioned above you would need to speak to the Lootcrate team for help with tracking, 343 doesn’t handle any of that. Regarding the forum badge, there have been some issues with linking up gamertags to Lootcrate’s website for a while now. Last I read they were aware and working to fix, but there was no eta on when that was likely to happen

I see. I was confused because the first date range I got said to expect shipments between the 1st and the 10th.
Your not the only one they said they shipped my create in June as well they did not send a shipping label or anything. Got in contact with them and they said the rescheduled the thing for early july. I was cool with that the day comes by where my order is to be shipped again and I find out it’s for late July now. Done with this stupid site I sent another email to them saying I would like a refund and I was not satisfied with them as a company. They tell me that there having a problem with the create and they are DISCONTINUING the product. Never once mentioning how I can get a refund. They try to charge me for the next create I put down a bad debit card so they can’t (why u would charge someone for a discontinued product is beyond me). Any ways fast forward a few weeks and here I am today waiting to see if there gonna mess up the order again. Oh and if u want to see the emails go to my insta xxjacktradesxx

They told me they are moving everyone with an existing subscription to the Legendary series to a new line of gaming lifestyle crates. I’m supposed to expect the arrival any day now…

Loot Crate, despite it’s foibles, has been operating for a while and I’d be surprised if it were a scam now.

Every time I go to loot crate about a halo crate they are sold out. How do i get on the list?
Per a few other posts, the legendary crate series has been cancelled, so unfortunately there is no way to get one anymore.
For those of you that still receive emails from Loot Crate, and those that don’t, they are being acquired and have declared chapter 11 “reorganization”. This is helpful in explaining the issues we have been having. The good news is we will still be getting the crates we ordered since the buyer is providing immediate financial assistance.
I would not hold my breath. If August 15th rolls around and they have not issued tracking info consider all of us subscribers for the Noble Crate screwed.

No, they assured subscribers that the crates would be shipped. It’s Loot Crate that would be 3x screwed if they didn’t ship the crates. Once with customers, twice with their new owners, and maybe even three times with the law.

Or they can call out for bankruptcy and now no one’s gonna get there crates. Yea that’s some great customer service love how they totally didn’t tell anyone that they were going bankrupt

Right… that’s why their new owners are supporting the business financially because it’s a bad look if they stiff everyone that ordered crates. Let’s not forget that they had to declare bankruptcy as a condition of the sale to Money Chest.
Just went to check my account since it was supposed to ship, at the latest, today. Lo and behold the last Noble 6 crate is no where on my account. Pretty ticked off at that. I cancelled and received a refund for every single crate aside from Halo last week, since I really wanted the last one for the series. Guess I’m out the money on that one…
