so the siege turrets arnt getting the cost scaling after all, guess its for the best since that scaling bug they had. nice that the update is so soon though

Sad to see see you went though with buffing the super units further, but very happy with all the other changes. Awesome stuff!

(Make Shipmaster Great Again) PLEASE have ‘Advanced Cloaking’ passive leader power become a single leader point as well so that we are punished less for trying out cloaking tactics as Shipmaster (Cloaked Marauders, better Shrouds, Longer Cloaking, etc.) Make it so that we only have to risk ONE of our leader points to try out those sorts of SMaster Strategies instead of forcing us to risk TWO. This won’t become overpowered even in the slightest for SM since he still has one of the worst early games out of all the leaders, but it might make him very competitive again late game ;-7.

On, and you may want to look into early game goliaths… (potential for an unfair, unbeatable rush before 1 minute, 30 seconds)

Does this also mean CT Marines are stronger against air now?

Hey my friend you know that ship is one of the best leader atm?
Ghost/suis is one of the best early game builds.
Ship already has an insane late game, i think after his displacement nerf and 2 point Br he should be fine now.

looking at the patch notes they did NOT nerf displacement.

Ohh you’re right my friend, sorry for that.
That makes ship even better.
Here is a list of things which seem to have changed in the final patch notes compared to the last preview (deathmatch only):
I exclusively play against Heroic/Legendary AI so my input might not be as important as others on this forums.
My normal army when I use marines are 6 nightingales, 4 snipers, 8 cyclops and the rest of my pop is filled with marines. side note is all units have the base upgrades at max level 3 for infantry and air.
going against a enemy army/armies is a death sentence for my army. Before the patch I’d wipe the floor and at most lose 1-2 units, Now after the little battle either my army is complete wiped or I fall back with most units dead and super low on health for the remaining few, I barely kill enemies at all. The AI also didn’t use leaderpowers since I had already exhausted them previously. I tried the same thing but substituted enough marines for 6 hornets and still got completely wrecked. I would also like to note that micromanaging my units isn’t the issue, I have a lot of experience playing A lot of RTS games, Total war, StarCraft 1-2, Warcraft 1-3, Supreme Commander 1-2-Forged Alliance etc etc.
In my opinion the damage nerf of the rockets from the combat tech upgrades was too significant. Marines don’t do jack crap now and are pretty much useless in my scenario.
At most I’d like to request for the Devs to take another look at the rocket damage and maybe give it a tad bit more damage, Since right now All it does it tickle the enemies.

Shipmaster is already great, you don’t really need to make him great again.
With his mobility and quick access to Glassing Beam he is in a great spot. Now with Raid 2 Shipmaster has many other build options

At the least for me the patch isn’t even released yet. So unless it is distributed in waves, you are seeing ghosts. You can check by starting a match with Shipmaster and check whether his first leader has two or three stages.

I think you are right, That that patch hasn’t been applied because elite rangers were still groups of 2 and not 3. So I guess everyone can disregard my previous comment.

on pc how do you check if the patch is out yet? on the Xbox app or windows store?

Or pick Colony and check if he has Tele or mines.

You can either go to a custom match and pick Ship and check if Banished Raid has 2 or 3 Points or pick Colony and check if he has Tele or mines.
