Simple! Reach gets terraformed and recolonised by humanity.
It became a Flood Hive. However, by 2589 the Flood had seen the error of their ways and become peaceful, civil parasites and made Reach their home.
That ship in the background actually belongs to noble six he just came back to find his helmet he dropped.
Not much information is known other than the fact that it’s been re-colonized. Halo Infinite needs to explain this particular event in lore more in greater detail
Maybe a new alien life is trying to find a planet to live or help the humans or maybe that’s god in the ship because god exists on the halo games In July 7th 2589

Could be Cortana’s voice and would explain why the voice never aged
