JUL sounds pretty OP to be having those Reqs, I wouldn’t go near him (Elites don’t miss). I like the idea though, since they shamed him in Campaign.

He should have been a proper boss in the campaign I reckon. Would have made the first mission feel more whole, at the moment I think of the mission as the 2min one haha

Seems simple enough that it’s strange he wasn’t incorporated into the game by this point.
I wouldn’t mind having him as a boss. Never got to fight him in Halo 4 Spartan Ops, and not even in the campaign, so I’m game for him being a boss.
