- YouTube Is the lag I’m experiencing

Josh Holmes told me “TWC in some regions has incorrectly classified H5 traffic as P2P. I recommend contacting your ISP directly.”

Good afternoon,
The issue with Halo 5 was identified yesterday. As you may find with your connection, customers are reporting an issue with connecting to the Microsoft dedicated servers. This issue was determined to be a Microsoft issue, not a TWC issue. I know it may sound like a “it’s not us, it’s them” answer, but in this case it we are seeing the servers are having trouble keeping up with the demand, which is causing the lagging. Customers reporting this issue are only having an issue with Halo 5.
If you feel you are have an issue with your TWC services, please contact TWC directly. We can be reached a number of ways.

CAN YOU SORT THIS OUT 343??? WHAT ARE YOU GUYS DOING!!!

Good work getting some responses. At this point it is likely TWC. I believe (correct me I’m wrong 343) they have increased the packet loss threshold for the game. I noticed an immediate difference, the real test is playing during peak hours though (I played last night between 11-12 for 6-7 matches). The response from Holmes seems genuine and specific where TWC seems to just state “it is them”. Pressure TWC to find a solution.

If it was TWC, then why is every other game fine.
