Didn’t the Plasma Repeater have a reputation for being an inferior Plasma Rifle? I liked the gun, but Covenant SAW?
I would’ve preferred the Grenade Launcher over the turret, but considering we ARE getting the (Brute) Plasma Rifle, the Repeater is fairly pointless.
Given that there is an ONI turret req already, I have to wonder what the point of it is.

I think you have it flipped. The plasma rifle has always been an inferior gun, and then they made the reapeter which was a decent weapon to wield.Then they made the storm rifle, which kills pretty damn fast.
I like that they are making a unique turret. I wonder what its effects will be.

Judging solely on the screenshot, it doesn’t appear to give any sort of speed boost or shielding. However those effects may have just been edited out for continuity.
The armor looks almost like cosplay.

If you say some of Jorge’s voice lines while weilding it and your teammates can here that would RULE.
Just imagine…defending a base in Warzone and your Spartan shouts “get the hell off this rock before I throw you off!”
Why Jorge’s Turret? Not a big fan, but beggars can’t be choosers.
Problem is all these turrets suck for the most part. Your so immobile that you get hit by br/dmr fire easily.
There were things I would’ve preferred. I like the idea of buffing the Plasma repeater into a bullet hose like the SAW. But it makes since to have a unique weapon based around noble team and it’s better than another mythic shotgun or sniper. Then again, there is nothing really mythic about the oathsworn anyways 
Or maybe they just put a model in for the sake of the picture. Just because it’s in the images released doesn’t mean that they’re putting it in the game. I don’t really care either way if it’s in but people assume and speculate way too much in these forums.

You’re using them wrong. Use them defensively, even the standard level 2 req turret will tear up people rushing the monument etc.

Why waste time and resources to create a model and not put it in the game. They could’ve given Jorge a regular turret in the picture. Plus, barely anyone would’ve seen those pictures, so why bother creating the turret if barely anyone was going to see it?

ONI = People who cover up all sorts of information. Be it Covenant, Forerunner or Human.
It’s most likely a Phaeton.
