Apparently it’s a glitch and doesn’t happen for everyone. I don’t know what causes it, but it doesn’t just impact PC users. I have a Series X and have this same issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled recently for another reason, and was curious to see if it would fix the issue with the shoulder. It did not.

It happens for everyone, I’m sure of it. If it happens on series X and PC (and XbOne) it’s just them not texturing it right.
I’m just eternally sad that none of the Coats bother colouring Collar Chest piece.
It’s just metallic, for all but Jorge’s Coating.
Another reason why Coatings are balls.

Same thing for emiles armor. The left shoulder is completely blank.
