I joined a Warzone match on Apex 7, my team was losing(always is when I join) and the opposing team had 2 of the 3 bases under their control. I -Yoink- you not, the game didnt even last 4 minutes. This is getting ridiculous. Is there anyway to fix this?

urgh I hate joining in games. It sucks. Always get put on the losing team, always. And you put that mission victory boost on to lol. Well at least you still get xp and req. That’s always the positive side
I join in a game were are core was a 75% lol, stuck around to get a few kills and some req points.

just gotta power through that sometimes happens but im glad their is a join in progress.

Only once have I been put on a winning side. Every other time it has been on the losing side.

Why would you quit on the winning team anyway? It’s 100% logical that you join the losing team most of the time. People quit because they lose it’s as simple as that. While it sucks, you can still get a few XP and REQs points along the way.
Just don’t tell me “screw you 343i I have lost a legendary boost by joining a game in progress blah blah blah” We all know to wait for the countdown to begin before using a boost.
I don’t mind this in Warzone since you still get a decent amount of RP.

Agreed. I like Join in Progress for all social playlists. Warzone is no exception.

Yea same! I joined a WZ match and I was Red and we were winning like 530 and the Blues had like 250. That was a one-time thing tho
Dude, just dashboard it when you’re getting a JIP if it bothers you. It jumps straight to the loading screen instead of “starting dedicated server” when you’re getting a join in progress. I haven’t really had to deal with this much playing with a company, but when I do try a random solo game I always just dashboard the game instead of joining a game where I’ve lost before I even enter it.

I think people were lagged then kick out. I have not used REQ cards since the GOM update, because I was being kick out and losing them. Once that is sorted out, then I might.
I would not say “screw 343”, I might say “screw MS” the server issues are my bigest problem.

This does not happen very often. I don’t mind it, if there is a small difference, but when there is no chance of making it up, that’s where the problem is.

This happens in every online match making game man, you take the good with the bad. This isn’t a Halo 5 issue, it’s just a staple of online match making. You got some free exp and req points for a game that lasted 3 minutes, less than a full song, and you’re complaining? There are more important things that need to be addressed, IMO.
I once join a match just in time for it to say we had lost. Did not fire one bullet. I did how ever get 71 REQ points.
