What sense does it make to provide a game that is T for Teen but not allow any Teen accounts access to an inbox so they can join the various Spartan Companies?

Edit: do you need the inbox if you just request membership to a company? Okay people can’t send you invites but maybe you can request directly?
Although your company name can appear in game, Spartan Companies and the game are 2 separate entities. While the game may be suitable for teens, allowing child xbox live accounts is a separate matter and at that not one solely related to Spartan Companies (before companies, inbox access would still be blocked).
If the Spartan Companies can be implemented into future games of the franchise instead of just halo 5 then it would make some sort of sense

You’re always best starting a new thread in support, rather than bumping an old post. As noted above, you won’t be able to join a Spartan Company if you have a child account. If you are at the age where you can be promoted to an adult account, Microsoft detailed out how to do this on their support page here. You can check the correct ages for your region here. The Forum Team also made a post here that may be helpful
