Please look into why games start as 3v4 and often stay unbalanced for half or most of game. This really sucks because most games become no win situations for the team that starts AND the players who eventually join. Its amazing to me how many games start with unbalanced teams.
Also, this will be an even more obvious problem when ranked playlists come out.
