So I just decided to use an Ultra rare Mission: Victory boost for Warzone which I received in a Gold Req pack!
But instead of giving me a chance to actually win a game from the start, it decided to join me to a game which was already in progress and put me on the loosing team which was down by about 200-300 points!
This I personally find so stupid and annoying to say the least and I dunno how it could be fixed. But just thought I would share my frustration and see if anyone else has been unfortunate enough to experience the same problem!
I want it to be fixed too. However, if the default background for whatever playlist you choose to search in does not change, then you can tell that you’re about to join a session in progress. Hope this helps!
i started 2 matches yesterday where the score was 600-200 and 500-100, i started on the losing team and it’s frustrating to get in a alredy loosing game…
i think it’s okay to come in a game in progres if the score is about 70-73 to the tams becaus then the game just started and both teams can still win
I never use boosts on a join in progress because players don’t usually quit when they’re winning. I’d recommend taking the advice. You’ll have a fair chance to use your boosts.

you can also tell if there’s no countdown and it goes straight to the match.
i usually wait for the countdown to start before selecting any boosts.

Maybe I’m missing something and perhaps you can enlighten me. How can you tell it’s a join in progress in the lobby?
