I joined a company and I received the req pack in my messages I clicked on open pack and it said already opened pack but it was the first time I clicked on open and haven’t been on my xbox on halo ??? I’ve also checked my collection on halo but there’s nothing new ?
None else had this problem
The pack should have awarded you a lower level helmet or armor. It is possible that a glitch occurred and the pack opened before you clicked “open.”
