Heres a 30 second clip of me just having joined a game and i get joined on the losing team in CTF being down by 2 points and the enemy team has our flag.

So I just joined a game only 30 seconds later to lose. This is not the first time it has happened to me and it gets really annoying especially if I have put on a Mission victory boost not knowing I’m joining a game in progress.
That really annoys me as it hurts my win/loss ratio. Is there nothing 343 can do about this issue and is anyone else experiencing the same issue?

Meh. I’ve joined WZ games where my team has been at like 100 points, and the other is around 500. I think that they need to fix it, because generally, I’ve noticed, people sort of are…sluggish maybe? at the beginning of a round, and sort of unconsciously ease into a state of intense concentration. You don’t really notice it unless you join a game in progress though. 
I normally don’t care about joining a loosing team except when I decide to use like an ultra rare or legendary match victory gambit card and get put into a situation where I can’t win. That pisses me off. It has happened too many times.
I only play warzone and get JIP games probably 50% of the time.

i still got a load of victory boosts rare and higher for both arena and warzone, i dont even want to use them in fear of losing. since everytime i use one i see to get a jip
They need to get jip set up to where it stops adding people after halfway mark. In all honesty jip has no point if it won’t bring people in, but it should bring people into a game that’s 3/4 done already with a clear victory in reach. Examples being 800-200 warzone games, 45-12 slayer games, maybe CTF (cuz it’s definately possible to win CTF games ever after being down 2-0) games, ect ect. I think determine jip by scores though is where it gets hard to implement, probably better to shut it off 2 minutes after arena games and 5 minutes after warzone games.
