I’m new to the Halo community!
My friend has sent me an invite to his Spartan Company. How do I join? He’s telling me to check my messages, but I cannot see where to access this.
If you are unable to see your inbox messages then that means you currently have an Xbox Live Child account. For privacy and data protection reasons Child accounts are not allowed to access the Inbox or Spartan Company features of Halo Waypoint.
Thanks for the info. I’m still unable to have my son accept the Spartan Company invite. I’ve changed his privacy settings today, and I still cannot view messages here.

It’s not related to privacy settings, but the age of the account user.
