I sometimes wish there was a feature where we could make a custom game public, enabling players to search for a host of a custom game. With the Halo 5 population low at times, you may not always find a full match, but I think the possibility to play lockout with a bunch of randoms would be awesome.
This is an idea I’m surprised I’ve never heard before. That sounds pretty great.

I have decent ideas a few times a year.
It would be a good switch-up from the WZ/Arena grind. And being a custom game, would not affect anyone’s K/D. Sounds like a win/win

I agree that this should be a feature. Unfortunately we have had this idea for a long time and for some reason 343 doesn’t care to add it. Disappointing.
People have been asking for this for years. It would be amazing to have in-game, but very few people appreciate how difficult it would be to actually pull it off. For example, what criteria would it use to determine the order of the results? There would likely be hundreds/thousands of people trying to get people to join. How would you distinguish someone who has no clue what they are doing from a hosting veteran? I want it just as bad as you do, but if they don’t do it right then there is no point in my opinion. For now, I’d rather have them work on broken/missing features before adding new (and likely buggy) features.
