The age is 13+. The UNSC NightShade is a clan that is in need of spartans for ODST groups and fireteams there is no marines. The clan will have fire teams that work together in the battle that the team members all agree todo. there is more than this but that will be explained during recruitment. Also the ODST will work together in any situation to get through.
