It’s expanding to more then just those regions, it started only US and now includes EU as well.

This, it annoys me for the fact that we don’t know as to why two countries are allowed to post in the feedback program yet my friends can’t seem to be able to do so because they are in other places in the world that are not in EU or US.
This program has been going on for about a month now, maybe more. I’ve already participated/completed 2 surveys. You must be at least 18 years old to participate and enter your gamer tag and email to join. (I’m assuming they verify age by cross checking gamertag info associated with email.)
Edit: I found out about this program from one of the earlier weekly updates on the halo channel. In there it tells how and where to go to join.
