We are a group of friends that live and die by each other. We don’t care if you go inactive for a while (AS LONG YOU DO YOUR PART). You don’t even need to be social. If you wish to be alone or you don’t like to be social that’s okay. Like I said, “As long as you do your part”. So that’s pretty much it, even if you just do 20-30 minutes a day is fine.
