INTRODUCTION
Welcome to SNIP3R Company, Spartans. This Company is like many others with one distinct difference: while there is a leadership, members have as much of a say in events, such as: War Zone matches, Custom matches, and Competitive matches. Under the SNIP3R banner, members will be held to certain standards, including but not limited to: ability to balance real world and Halo, ability for leadership, and to take up responsibility for your squad and fireteam.

Acceptance and Placement
Once a Spartan is accepted into the ranks of SNIP3R, the Spartan will be given the rank of Private and assigned to a platoon by the Company commander, which will then assign him/her to a squad and fireteam by said platoon’s commander. A Spartan can request to be transferred to another platoon if they wish, but both their current platoon commander and the desired platoon’s commander must approve the transfer first. However, the Company commander can intervene in a transfer in deemed necessary.

Team Colors
While the Company, as a whole, does not have any official colors or emblems, there is no rule prohibiting the implementation of the practice. Platoons are authorized to assign team colors, whether that be on a platoon level or a squad to squad level. Furthermore, the team colors or emblems platoon commanders choose do not have to be worn at Company events.
