Hello Spartans, I see you’ve clicked onto this forum post, most likely wondering what ROA is and what it can offer etc. Well, R.O.A in Short. (Risen Once Again) is the second generation of a Clan i used to run back on Halo 4, which was sadly disbandoned due to a diminishing interest in the game, as well as inner clan issues. But those days are gone, and I’m looking for new members to help run and fill up our ranks.
