Is it true Join in Session is in Halo 4? How will this effect betrayals? What about joining at the end of the game on a losing team?

Yes this is true. I like it as a team shouldn’t be punished for having kids rage at the beginning of the game or a guy trolling everyone throughout. Also, not speaking from experience here, but I assume the way XP at the end of a game is calculated is based on more than just winning and losing (how long you were in the game, your contribution, etc.) Just my thoughts, though.
Well if you look at the ranking system then if you join the losing team near the end of the game them it should not mess up your rank but it could effect your win/loss stat unless full games only count and not games that you join in progress.
Also I am so sick of playing BTB games and people leaving the game so I love the fact that people can join in progress that way when people quit, the game is still going to be fun b/c new players can come in and replace the players that quit to keep the games from becoming 3 on 7 or whatever.
