As you can tell by the title this topic is about the new join in-progress system that 343i has put in Halo 4. I think there should be an option before you go into Matchmaking, to choose whether you want to join an in-progress game, or just the regular matchmaking from past Halo’s, or possibly both. Is this already in Halo 4? Do you want it in Halo 4?I would hate to join an in-progress game, cause I’m more likely to be on a losing team. And for that reason, 343i should punish rage quitters even more then they did in Reach.
they should show the score total and individual players stats in current game, and you deny or confirm to join thegame in progress, any game maybe like the open spot is on the losing team it will give you a (-) negative how much they are losing by.
Ghost Recon Future Soldier has it where you can see the score and how the players are doing before you spawn. I wouldn’t mind if it’s like this because I can just leave if I don’t like what is going on.

I hope 343i has found a great way to make it all work together .
There is an option for whether or not you want join-in-progress games. It’s gonna be just like your player preference options (chatty/quiet, lone wolf/team player, etc.)
