I dont know how many times, I have joined a game where I am on the losing team and the score is 550-350 or an oddball game 280-20. I remember 343 saying this would not happen, but it is happening a lot.
Is this happening to everyone else and what do you think of Join in Progress?
Most of the time when I join in progress it is within the first 5 kills of the game or the game score is pretty even. Maybe I’m just lucky

I’ve been shoved into six JIP games, once or twice with friends.
Two were weird automatic victories, like someone quit right as the game was ending.
One was a dominion game my team was losing 320 to 20, and my two friends and I beat the crap out of them and won 400 to 380.
One was a colossal loss at 600 to 50, but I’m pretty sure that’s because everyone on my team before me kept joining, seeing the score, and quitting, so nobody ever stayed long enough to kill anybody.
Another one was my friends and I joining as a team of 8 for big team infinity slayer, and for some inane reason it threw one of us on the other team (meaning, the entire team but one guy on the side we JIP’d to quit and we got smacked in there). We won like 600 to 250 anyways.
That last one shouldn’t happen. If I’m joining with a full party of friends we should get a fresh game and not get wildcarded to other teams. Though, I never need much incentive to enjoy shooting my buddies =P
