Got to say, even though this feature had many worried (including myself slightly), it is extremely well implemented.
Almost every game I joined in progress was right near the start, literally no more than 10 kills in. In the few I’ve had that were further along, the two teams had very close scores making a win possible.
All in all I’m very happy with it, nice job 343!
i have had the same experience too. JIP seems to work really well. you can get into matchmaking games faster because you don’t need to find all 8 (or 10 or 16 ) players before voting. usually the voting will start with like 4-6 people and by the time the game starts its a full game 4v4 or however else amount depending on the playlist. i love it.
