Join in Progress is severely flawed

Why do I have to keep getting games that are about to end? I just played a regicide game that ended 22 seconds after I joined it. Are we being -Yoinking!- serious? Just -Yoinking!- get rid of this stupid system that only encourages people to quit even more. And let’s not mention about all the 4v3 and 4v2 games that start and end without anyone joining mid-game and thus resulting in severe teams unbalance.

Join in progess has some good points like, if you start a game 1v4, later players will join.

Except most of the time it never gives you the lacking players or does it too late

JIP should be removed or only work within the first 2 minutes of the game in case a player is dropped at the start.
