Join in Progress Energy Level Bug

Half the time when I join a Warzone Game in progress, I get full energy (which is what is supposed to happen with the new update). The other half of the time, I get zero energy. Is this happening to other people as well?

While I’m here, I will also mention that, like other posters have mentioned, I am experiencing broken armor mods on darkstar, as well as the sound issue since the last update.
