Join date and Notifications

Hello,

I was wondering if there was a way to see what date I joined this site for curiosity purposes.

Also, is there any plans for a notification system for when someone replies to your topic or replies to a post you make and then quotes you?

Back when Waypoint was being created, it was under the URL halo.xbox.com. You’ll see that if you click that link it just redirects to halowaypoint.com. The login information on this site was/is your Xbox Live login information. Because of this, you technically joined the site the day it was created (back in 2008) or the day you created your Xbox Live profile, whichever comes first.

And yes a notifications system in the future would be pretty nice. 343 has been making great strides with updating and refining this website for our use and I can only see it getting better from here!

I’m tempted to make another thread just on notifications. Here are the things (that I can think of) that should get notifications:

  • Replies on comments
  • Replies on Favorite posts
  • New badge or rank earned
  • Message received (though we already have a notification for this, I figured it should still be on the list)
