do you think he will come back, because lets be honest, we all killed him a few dozen times threw out our halo careers and we even saw him explode in halo 1 while cuddling with a elite. your though?
Besides getting morality wounded by 343 Guilty Spark. Then dying afterwords. Then his body getting crushed by the falling debris in the control room. Then falling down that abyss in the control room. Then getting vaporized by Halos destruction. Yes he’s definitely coming back.

That’s an Easter Egg ending. It’s not cannon. Also Johnson wasn’t even a real character in Halo: CE. He’s just a model they used for the Sergent.
Halo CE’s Legendary ending is NOT canon, even though Bungie summed it up that a Pelican DID pick Johnson up from the Halo ring and got away.
In Halo 3, Johnson was struck by 343’s laser, which as far as I know, would have melted his flesh and considering where it shot, it didn’t look good for him, then he passed out or died on the floor, then Chief lit Halo, the platform collapsed and Johnson fell down.
Then Halo lit, killing EVERY SENTIENT BEING IN THE GALAXY, including Johnson while damaging The Ark.
The Halo fired prematurely meaning it destroyed itself and anything on it.
Johnson is dead and buried, he will NOT return.

Then he leaves Halo’s atmosphere and explodes due to the pressure.
Johnson is dead, along with Miranda.

nope

Well, technically it didn’t light. It was a premature fire. It wasn’t ready, and firing it didn’t do anything but destroy the ring and The Ark with it.

Well he’s invincible in-game in Halo 2 and 3, so it OBVIOUSLY means that he can’t die and is coming back… OBVIOUSLY!
(For those of you that didn’t understand, that was sarcasm)

The ring never fired. It “shook iself apart” and was destroyed, heavily damaging/destroying the Ark in the process.

Also he’s a Spartan I. Which means he can only go M.I.A.
> Also he’s a Spartan I. Which means he can only go M.I.A.
The MIA thing is only for the Spartan IIs, because they thought it would have an impact on the UNSC’s morale if they said that they were dying. Spartans were part of the whole propaganda thing and they were meant to be invincible.

You’re a bigger buzz kill then Buzz Killington.

And in the recordings for Halo 2, don’t forget that he said that he’d get a woman in Halo 4!
Sigh. This is going to turn out just like it did for the character “Ghost” from Modern Warfare 2.
Johnson is dead people, he had a laser beam shot through his chest, he died in front of Master Chief. Johnson was then crushed when the Control Room collapsed and then probably disintegrated when Halo 04 exploded.

That’s what they want you to think. The Johnson that died must be one of his clones we seen all over Halo: CE. The real Johnson is still alive.

If that post was directed to me, I know he’s dead, BezerkCommando and I are just kidding around and being sarcastic
> In all seriousness, if they somehow brought Johnson back I would be severely disappointed. Whoever died should stay dead, no matter what.

Canon is fiction in regards to a story or game. cannon is a weapon used in the Civil war.
Edit-Doesnt matter

It wasn’t directed at you personally. It was directed at anyone that seriously thinks Johnson survived.
> > I too, would be disappointed if Johnson returned. Sure, he was one of my favourite characters, but he died. He should stay dead. I also wish Miranda Keyes wasn’t killed also, it seems like everyone close to Master Chief is starting to die.
