She was one of John’s closest friends before he was kidnapped .Even once when Parisa had wondered to far out in the Lake John saved her and promised to marry her and keep her safe .A promise said she will hold John to . She has long concidered him dead and misses him very much .We do know that John met her in the battle of New Mombasa and saw her with a photo of him and her when they where young . John remembered And thought of telling her it was him . He decided not to though because It would Hurt ONI . At the end of the story wich is {Palace hotel In Halo evolutions } It says Parisa could very soon die But what if she lived ? Frank did say every story in the past few years have been feeding into Halo 4 .
We know for a fact that John-117’s Caracter will be explored .What if a girl from his childhood that he may even still have feelings for was a main character in Halo 4 ? We do know from the first look video there is a female character . A theme of the whole Reclaimer trilogy could be John contimplating whether or not to tell her it is him .She could tell him so much of his childhood wich he has forgotten including his last name . Chief is faced with the decision of being ONI’s Machine or regaining a childhood friend . Concidering that Cortana has all of Halseys memories John may ask Cortana what to do . In Cortana’s state of mind though what would she Say ? So what do you think of this idea ? Do you think it is at all pssible for Parisa to be in Halo 4 ?

That would be great to have her brought in with the new trilogy, but I don’t think she should be in Halo 4. That would be too quick, and kind of abrupt without any other mention of her besides the Evolutions book. I think if 343i plants the seed that John still thinks about her and maybe some other stuff about her in Halo 4, then if she arrives in Halo 5 or 6 it’ll work much better for the story. But, hey, that’s just my opinion.
If she came John may feel as if he has regained somthing that was stolen from him when he was taken. He will serve ONI and the UNSC till his last breath but there must be a part of him that Hates ONI’s Guts for what they did to him .
I think it would be cool to see that side of John and that he still has private emotions deep down that aren’t oriented around being a soldier. That said I hope that he remains a focused and dedicated and brilliant soldier and leader. It would be a shame if he becomes all loved-up or irrational just because of a girl he once knew, Spartans are better than that.

I agree with you but even though he is a spartan he is still a man .
While I understand the reasoning behind the idea, it’s just one that wouldn’t work. John and Parisa met already and Chief did have a genuine reaction. Yet he knew their friendship, or even relationship, could never be due to his origins as a Spartan. It would also look badly on the UNSC and ONI and give rebels more ammunition for their once again growing cause by showign how deceptive the Untied Earth Government really was.
She also might’ve died as well before or after Regret jumped into Slipspace. Either way, I wouldn’t count on her being around, she seemed like a one-off character.

I see also what you are saying that is why I think if she was in the Reclaimer trilogy one of the themes could be John pondering on whether or not to tell her .

This is interesting but Linda would be to much like a sister to him. I also am not saying that they should be in a relationship but that they could be friends making Parisa a main caracter. Cortana would probibly not like chief in a relationship .

Can you be certain of that? You’d be trading closure about John’s “death” and replacing it to him being kidnapped, surgical and chemically altered and be only 1 of around 30+ to survive, probably creating revolution and pity, things Spartans do not want. I also have to ask if you’d want to rebels to get this information as well.
