Well, to start, I am quite invested in Halo (you can probably tell from my presence here). I’ve played all the games, know the lore, so on and so forth. I even own a Halo community on Google+, getting close to 2,000 members (Shoutout to them). Regardless, 343 has inspired me with their fan interaction and work on Halo 5, so I wanted to share some of the stuff I have done to contribute to my own view of Halo.
I would like to take a few minutes to give a thank you to Bravo and everyone else on the 343 team for their work on Halo 5 and Memories of Reach. (I tried to do so on that massive update thread where Bravo actually responded to some people but my comments were flagged as spam, and with all the people, I doubt Bravo saw it. To be fair, he was very busy. I was on that thread since page 5, I believe lol.) Halo: Reach has to be one of my favorite Halo games and I am thrilled to see its integration into Halo 5.
Here is something I am most proud of. This isn’t “official canon”… More of just “headcanon” for the time being, but it isn’t some wild lore-breaking nonsense (I assure you). It is more of a behind-the-scenes type of work. Something that could exist without you really being able to tell from the games. Use the link in the spoiler below.
John-A222 | Halo Fanon | FandomI think you guys (and Bravo, should he see this) will like it. I sometimes go by A222 in-game and online even. I have been trying to replicate the GEN1 armor as much as possible with GEN2, but my current armor is as close as I can get. Now with Memories of Reach, I can get close to making the surviving team members so the world can see them post-war. I would like to see more Reach-based armor in the near future, possibly the Tactical/Recon chest and limited edition Recon helmet with the attachments. Just trying to inch my way closer to my classic look. (A GEN2 variant maybe called NOVA-class MJOLNIR, resembling my GEN1 set in the article would be ultimate. I can dream. Hey, if I have learned anything from 343’s fan interaction, it’s that anything is worth a shot. Am I right?)
Also, I would like to talk about some of my Forge maps briefly since this is about community creations. I mainly have remakes of my old maps from Halo: Reach. Using Halo 5’s Forge, they have become a lot more detailed and expansive. Now, I will be the first to say they are not as “refined” as some people’s are, but they definitely are well done and can make for some good fun if you have the proper gametype. Do check them out on my file browser. I can answer any questions anyone has. (Now that Memories of Reach is releasing, I can make a proper Cops and Robbers gametype for my urban map, New Icadius).

Lastly, I would like to give a shoutout to everyone who was on that huge thread with me last night, and especially those who quoted my one comment in hopes Bravo would see. I appreciate the gesture but let’s not spam lol. You guys rock.
So yeah, that’s about it. Just a brief introduction to myself and some of the things I have done with Halo.
