Do you guys think we will see Master Cheifs face in Halo 5 Guardians?
In halo 4 if you beat the campaign on legendary then you can see Master Chiefs eyes and eyebrows, what if in halo 5 they release more of his face (Like a scene where you can only see his chin while he is talking to agent locke) and maybe after all the halo games come out 353i wants us to tape the pictures of his face together so we can see how it looks?!???!?!?!?!?!?

I think we may catch a glimpse. Or maybe they’ll save the whole reveal for a whole other game, if there ever is a reveal.
I hope not. I don’t want to see it until John connects with his humanity.
I don’t think we’ll see it before his story arc ends. Otherwise you’ll have the fanboys raging.
They should’t have to show Chief’s face. Showing his eye was enough. I think he’s too iconic hero to show his real look. By the way I like the idea that you (Cupcake Combo ) wrote.

I agree. There’s no necessity to show John’s face, either in Guardians are at the end of the franchise - everyone has their own vague ideas of what John will look like, and unmasking such an icon would probably annoy quite a lot of people. Regardless i’d be suprised if we didn’t see it in the end…

Totally agree, but 343 industries is changing everything in the saga so…
problably a glimpse like halo 4
I don’t mind if we do see his face, but not knowing what he actually looks like gives him a better personality in my opinion.

Exactly! That’s what I think too and it seem’s I’m not the only one.

Changing everything??? How is this? They are making things more canon, and more story driven. Bungie did a extremely poor job with reach, and they made significant improvements with halo 4.

There are enough canon descriptions of John’s apperance that 343i clearly has a set idea of how he looks under the helmet. I feel that we shouldn’t see it until the very end of his story. The last big surprise.
Master Chief is his suit so I see no point of ever seeing his face. I don’t need to see his face to know who he is. A alien slaughtering soldier.
I hope they dont show his face. He is a ivonic hero, which every player has imagined him in a different perspective. Showing his eyes already began to ruin the experience. I beleive 343 did a spectacular job on remodeling & inventing new armor, equpment, and all around enviroment. But the storyline lacked, and the ending was a huge downer. A tragic story is compellinv, but killing a character almost as iconic as the Chief himself? Very poor mistake. The death of Sergeant Johnson & 343 Guilty Spark was enough as is. Im still pissd about that (I understand that isnt all 343s doing). Theh need to bring Cortana back, ro they will have ruined a series I have been playing since the beggining.
Change is good. Change is neccessary. But leave people to adapt. …and for he love of god! This “locke” guy better not replace Chief or will have a undying hatred for 343 Studios.
