When you join in progress you can’t access reqs. Only loadouts and armor mods. Pretty lame and worse part how are you supposed to help joining in progress with no reqs… Answer that…

Nope… all I could use was loadouts and armor mods. But at least I could use all of them. Non of the power weapons or vehicles would load.
I’ve experienced similar issues which is weird because I remember hearing at one point that 343 was holding off on turbo until they got it fixed. Hopefully they figure it out soon.
Well luckily it has only happened once so far but I think I have been lucky and jip only once
This has to be very difficult to fix, or they would have fixed it by now. I share the sentiment that it makes a bad situation worse. Especially when the enemy team is already at level 6 or above.
